Within the scope of its activity, OSÓRIO DE CASTRO, LDA. (Osório de Castro), legal person no. 503216143 and head office at Rua Dr. Felicíssimo Campos, NºS 148, 150 and 154, 4700-224 Braga, asks the Customer to provide a set of personal data, i.e. information provided by the Customer that allows OSÓRIO DE CASTRO to identify and/or contact him/her (personal data).

OSÓRIO DE CASTRO is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal data provided to it by its Clients. Therefore, it is assumed that all personal data that is transmitted has been transmitted by the respective owner, who thus gives their unequivocal consent to its processing by OSÓRIO DE CASTRO, agreeing to its use. The data will only be used for the purposes for which it was provided, namely the purchase of products and services and/or subscription to the newsletter. The data provided will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, and the data subject has the right to demand that it be rectified and/or deleted at any time.

The legal basis for processing your data will be our current legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”). The legal basis for the processing of the data subject’s personal data is the performance of the service contract. In this regard, the data subject is obliged to provide the data necessary for the performance of the contract.

Billing and collection from the holder;
Place/address of service provision;

Data relating to payments and invoicing will be kept for the periods established by the respective accounting and tax regulations.

In certain cases, we may disclose your personal data to entities that provide services to us, in the context of subcontracting services under authorization, as well as to the accounting department. Under no circumstances does OSÓRIO DE CASTRO share your personal data with other companies or brands for other commercial purposes

You have the right to request that OSÓRIO DE CASTRO rectify your personal data when it is inaccurate or complete it when it is incomplete;
You can request that personal data be canceled when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims;
You have the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format, and to transmit it to another controller when the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means;
You can object to personal data being processed on the basis of a public or legitimate interest carried out by OSÓRIO DE CASTRO, including profiling. In this case, OSÓRIO DE CASTRO will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of any claims;
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD – National Data Protection Commission.
If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date.
